If you have ever considered working the elections, then this is your opportunity. This is a paid volunteer position. Training is required and paid. We have many teams with openings. Most of our seasoned election inspectors are returning, so you will have experienced team mates to lean on.

SEWER CUSTOMERS!

Just a friendly reminder that your Q1 sewer bills are due at the end of January. Bills were mailed out on December 30, 2025, but I have been informed by multiple sewer customers that they have not received their bill in the mail, my sincerest apologies for that. I spoke to the postal service and they have informed me that it can take up to 2 weeks to get mail. If you have an email on file, you should have received your bill via email along with a paper postcard that was sent in the mail. If you do not have an email on file but would like to, please call the office at 616-302-6110 or email me at [email protected] and I would be more than happy to add you to the email list. If you have an email on file and also receive the postcard and wish to not get the postcard in the mail please let me know and I can put you on the email ONLY list . Also, if you would like to have your account set up with ACH you can find the ACH form online, you may email, drop it off at the office or mail it in. The ACH for January is scheduled for January 28, 2026. You may also pay online, there is a QR code on the bottom of your post card and the emailed bill or you can search courtlandtwpmi.gov and go to bill pay. If you come into the office and want to pay with a credit/debit card you are able to do so. Please be aware of the convenience fees associated with the online and in person credit card/debit card payments.

SEWER CUSTOMERS,

Just a friendly reminder that your Q4 Sewer Bill was due on October 31, 2025. If you have not made your payment yet you can go online, pay in person or send a check in the mail.

Any past due amounts as of September 30, 2025 will be added to the tax roll. If you have a past due balance on or before September 30, 2025 you have until November 12, 2025 to pay to avoid this being added to your taxes. If you have any questions please feel free to call the Township at 616-302-6110.
