Get ready, Rockford… the ducks are coming. And yes—they mean business. 🐥💨

The Rockford Rotary’s Big Daddy Duck Race is back, and it’s quack-tastically competitive. Thousands of rubber ducks will take a thrilling plunge from the dam and race their way to glory at Richardson-Sowerby Park.

Want in on the action?

Adopt your very own racing duck (no training required).

Dress it up in its finest—think less “farm pond,” more “duck runway.” 2026 Theme: Disney Movies

Bribe your friends… we mean, encourage them… to vote for your duck online.

Not only could your duck earn ultimate bragging rights and a traveling trophy, but you’ll also be supporting awesome local causes like scholarships, books for kids, and community improvements.

So don’t just sit there—get your duck in a row and join the fun:
