Prevent and reduce youth substance use and abuse in the Pequannock Twp. community through collaborati

PTC is a Drug Free Communities (DFC) Program and a taskforce of the Community Coalition for a Safe and Healthy Morris. The primary purpose of the DFC Program is to strengthen collaboration among community entities and reduce substance use among youth. DFC is funded by the Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) and is a collaborative partnership between Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) and Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America (CADCA).
