🇺🇸✂️ Welcome to Rock Springs! ✂️🇺🇸

Today, our community celebrated the official ribbon cutting of the new VA clinic, a tremendous investment in the health and well-being of the men and women who have served our country. We are proud to help welcome Rock Springs VA Clinic to our growing network of healthcare providers dedicated to serving Wyoming's veterans. The new facility officially celebrated its opening today with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and community event for local veterans and families. This June, take a moment to check in on the men in your life. A simple text, phone call, or conversation can make a bigger difference than you realize.

💬 Ask how they're really doing.
👂 Listen without judgment.
🤝 Remind them they don't have to face life's challenges alone.

Every day, too many men struggle in silence.

Many are taught to be strong, push through, and handle things on their own. But carrying everything alone can come at a cost. Stress, depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma don't make someone weak—they make them human.

Some days it’s not the “big” things — it’s one tiny inconvenience at the wrong time and suddenly everything feels overwhelming. 😅🫠

If you’ve ever felt emotionally one spilled drink, loud noise, or “what’s for dinner?” away from losing it… you’re definitely not alone. 😂😭

Mental health struggles are incredibly common — but too many people never get the help they need because of stigma, cost, or not knowing where to start. 💙

We want to help change that.

At Southwest Counseling, we offer programs with little to no cost services, as well as sliding scale options for those who qualify. Eligibility isn’t based on income alone — many people may qualify based on diagnoses, life circumstances, recovery needs, veteran status, probation/parole involvement, DFS involvement, and more.

If cost has stopped you from reaching out before, we encourage you to come talk with us. You might be surprised by the support and options available. 🤝
