We want to sincerely apologize for the frustrating experiences some of our members have had with our answering service recently. We know how important it is to be able to reach someone when you need to report an outage, and we understand the discomfort when that doesn’t happen.

Serving our members is personal to us. We’ve heard your concerns, and we are actively working on changes and improvements to provide the service and communication you deserve.

We truly appreciate our members, and we want to thank you for your feedback and patience while we work through this process.

Just a reminder, we are closed today to observe Memorial Day. We will open tomorrow at 7 a.m. for normal business hours. If you have an outage, please call 660-744-5344, as we will have a crew standing by.

In observance of Memorial Day, our office will be closed Monday as we honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

We will reopen Tuesday at 7:00 a.m. with normal business hours. If you experience an outage, crews will be on standby. Please call 660-744-5344 to report outages.

Upcoming Director Election
Pursuant to the Bylaws, if you wish to run for the Board of Directors for Districts 2 and 3 and are qualified to run under the Bylaws, you must contact the Cooperative for a Petition. The Petition must be signed by 10 members and returned to the Cooperative no later than 9:00 a.m. on May 15, 2026. We have petitions available at the office. If you have more questions, please contact Afton Schomburg, Administrative Assistant at 660-744-5344.
