What an amazing Field Day and Color Run!

A huge THANK YOU to all the parents who volunteered their time and energy to make this day so special for our students. Your enthusiasm and support created memories that will last a lifetime!
Special shout-outs to our local heroes—the Fire Department for cooling off our colorful runners with the water hose and the Police Department for joining in the fun and playing with our students. You made this day unforgettable! And to our incredible food service team—thank you for the delicious BBQ lunch that fueled all that excitement. You truly made the day complete!

Special Visitor in Mrs. Jagla's 4th Grade!
Yesterday was such a special day! Her husband stopped by to share what it's like to be a state trooper with our 4th graders. The students were absolutely captivated as he talked about his job, answered their thoughtful questions, and showed them what it takes to serve and protect our community. You could see the excitement and curiosity in their eyes!

Our 5th graders worked hard all year, raising salmon from eggs to fry, monitoring water quality, and maintaining a healthy ecosystem. After plenty of tests and careful preparation, they released their salmon into the Icicle Creek to begin their journey to the ocean!

Our amazing 1st graders had an unforgettable adventure at Rocky Reach Dam! Students explored how hydroelectric power works, learned about the Columbia River ecosystem, and discovered the important role dams play in our community. The hands-on exhibits and fish viewing windows were definitely the highlights of the day! Thank you to the amazing staff at Rocky Reach for making learning come alive, and a special shoutout to our parent volunteers for their time and support!

What an amazing day! Our Girls on the Run participants showed incredible strength, determination, and joy at this year's 5K celebration. We're so proud of every girl who trained, encouraged each other, and crossed that finish line together.
