Tickets are officially live for Self-Care Weekend 2026 💕

Self-Care Weekend is a space created for women to pause, reconnect, and pour back into themselves in community. It’s a weekend filled with meaningful conversation, shared experiences, and intentional moments that allow you to rest, reflect, and be renewed.

Whether this will be your first time or you’ve experienced it before, you already know this weekend is designed with you at the center. A space to relax, release, and recharge in a way that feels real and needed.

We’re bringing back our signature experiences for a weekend rooted in sisterhood, reflection, and restoration… and this year, we’ll be gathering at the beautiful JW Marriott in Uptown Charlotte, one of my favorite places in the Queen City. ✨

📅 November 7–8

Mark your calendar, secure your spot, and start preparing for a weekend that pours back into you.

Grateful for the opportunity to be in the room at Work at Wheel and spend time walking through some important financial conversations.

A big part of what we discussed was what happens after tax season. Once everything is filed, you’re left with information, and the real work is deciding how to use it.

For many people, taxes highlight patterns, reveal gaps, and create an opportunity to think differently. The next step is making decisions that actually support where you’re trying to go, not just in business, but across your entire financial life.

While the conversation leaned toward business owners, the reality is these principles apply across the board. Eight Steps to Financial Empowerment was written to help guide that process and give you something to return to as you make more intentional decisions over time.

If you’re in a season of reevaluating or building, I encourage you to lean into that work. Grab yours today: https://a.co/d/05Snm68d

Sometimes healing begins with going back to what has always been available to us. 🌿🤍

During our detox conversation, Latasha shared an important reminder… food is not just fuel, it can also be medicine.

There is profound wisdom in returning to the basics. Seed bearing plants is how we were intended to nourish our bodies. We were to use foods that come directly from the earth. This includes the remedies our ancestors trusted long before convenience became the norm and processed everything became the default.

We’ve spent so long looking for the next supplement, the next program, the next breakthrough; when so much of what our bodies need has been here all along. Growing from the ground. Waiting to be chosen.

This conversation reminded me that healing isn’t always about adding more. Sometimes it’s about returning. Returning to what is natural. To what is intentional. To what is rooted in wisdom that predates all of us. ✨

That shift alone, from chasing to returning, can change everything about how we approach our health.

🌱 The full detox conversation goes even deeper into this and drops this week on The So Tru Network on YouTube.
