​The battles don't always end when the uniform comes off. Invisible wounds are just as real, just as heavy, and deserve the exact same care and respect as any physical injury. Carrying the weight alone isn't a sign of strength...reaching out is.

​Don't wait for someone to ask for help. Today, take a moment to:

PTSD isn’t a sign of weakness—it’s a deeply rooted physical and psychological response to trauma. It affects millions of people, from active military, to veterans and first responders, survivors of accidents, abuse, or sudden loss 🕊️

This month, let’s commit to:

➡️Listening: Offering a safe, judgment-free space for survivors.
➡️Lifting: Sharing resources so no one has to struggle in silence.
