We’re excited to welcome Ben Bedosky as our new Young Professionals Board Chair!

Ben is a Vice President and Financial Advisor at High Probability Advisors, where he provides comprehensive financial planning and retirement consulting services to individuals, families, and organizations. He previously worked in financial assurance, leading retirement plan audits and advising on regulatory compliance matters.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from St. John Fisher University. He is both a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.

As a member of Villa of Hope's Young Professionals Board, Ben is committed to supporting organizations that strengthen the local community.

We’re excited to welcome Kelly Wilmot to our Board of Directors! Kelly serves as Associate Vice President of Behavioral Health at Trillium Health. She has more than 25 years’ experience providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families.

Kelly has extensive experience and training in addressing a wide range of mental health issues and concerns, such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, self-harming behaviors, relationship issues, and family conflict.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Kelly earned her Master of Social Work degree from Loyola University Chicago. Prior to joining Trillium, Kelly held various administrative roles, including Chief Program Officer at Villa of Hope, Vice President of Operations at the Mental Health Association, and Associate Director at the Monroe County Office of Mental Health.

Kelly's contributions to the field have been recognized. She is a 2024 recipient of the Rochester Business Journal’s Healthcare Heroes Award.
