Joseph’s Neighborhood Center Inc. provides comprehensive health care, mental health counseling, adult education, advocacy and social work services to individuals and families who are under and uninsured. Any uninsured or underinsured individual is welcome through our doors. The Center serves approximately 3,500 individuals who h
