Lifespan Wolk Cafe'at Sibley Square Lifespan helps older adults and caregivers take on the challenges and opportunities of longer life. The center offers two meals daily breakfast and lunch.

Lifespan is a trusted source of unbiased information, guidance and more than 30 services and advocacy for older adults and caregivers. Lifespan's Wolk Older Adult Center opened in 2000 serving active older adults who are 60 or over. Breakfast starts at 8:45am to 10:30am and Lunch is served at noon-12:30. We have a variety of daily events, offering activities that enhance the well-being of our mem

bers through creativity, movement, music, educational programs, games and socializing. We offer weekly trips, holiday parties and full day excursions twice a year. The Wolk Older Adult Center is a program of Lifespan of Greater Rochester Inc. and is supported by the Monroe County Office for the Aging.

Thank you to everyone who came out, shared kind words, and celebrated the life of such a wonderful man. Your presence meant so much and was a true reflection of the impact he had on all of us.

✨ Women’s History Month Craft Fun! ✨

In honor of Women’s History Month, we got creative with a craft inspired by Rosie the Riveter! 💪❤️ Our March craft was decorating bandanas just like Rosie’s iconic style — but of course, we added our own sparkle.

Our group had so much fun blinging out our bandanas with gems, color, and personality. Each one turned out unique and beautiful, just like the amazing women who made them!

It was a wonderful way to celebrate the strength, creativity, and history of women while enjoying lots of laughs and good company.

Love was truly in the room at our Valentine’s Day party! ❤️ We enjoyed delicious food, wonderful music, exciting raffles, dancing, and lots of sweet goodies. Most importantly, we shared laughter, smiles, and so much joy together.
Days like this remind us how special our community is and how much we truly care for one another. This is always one of our favorite celebrations of the year because we believe in leading with love in everything we do.
Thank you to everyone who helped make this day so memorable. The happiness in the room was simply unforgettable! 💕
