Gender-based sexual and domestic violence does not discriminate based on sexuality and we strongly believe our support services shouldn’t either. The SCFJC recognizes the unique challenges that face the LGBTQ community and want to remind others that it costs nothing to be kind. Happy Pride to our community of LGBTQ survivors!

Please join us on Wednesday, April 19, for a su***de prevention discussion and training at our Rochester Family Resource Center. Hosted in partnership with Conner's Climb Foundation, the event is open to CAPSC families and the community. To register, please email [email protected].

We talk a lot about HOPE here at the center because it is the foundation of our work with survivors. Yesterday, we saw HOPE in the 40 faces of invested social service workers, law enforcement, and County leadership who attended our Breakfast Bash event. This event was intended to reconvene partners and reignite the passion for collaboration. When we work together it is better for us as professionals and better for the people we serve. Thank you so much to those who attended yesterday. Can't wait to see you again!
