Our relationship with Molex began through the Rochester Hills RHISE Cup food drive, where they have become a valued community partner. Through their participation in the RHISE Cup and other giving efforts, Molex has donated more than 1,400 pounds of food to help local families facing hardship.

💚 Community support in action!

📦 Students and staff from the Wing Lake Center in Bloomfield Hills recently organized a food drive and delivered donations to Neighborhood House to help support neighbors experiencing hardship across our community.

🥫 Every donation helps stock pantry shelves and provides food assistance to local individuals and families who need it most.

✨ A special thank you to Andrea for coordinating this meaningful effort and to everyone at the Wing Lake Center who participated. Your kindness and generosity help neighbors helping neighbors thrive.

⚾ What a finish to St. Philip’s Tigers themed food drive for Neighborhood House Food Pantry!

Over four weeks, the St. Philip’s community donated an incredible 1,347 pounds of food and $535 to help neighbors experiencing food insecurity.

This week alone brought in 349 pounds of food. Together with fresh produce, meat, and dairy from our Food Pantry, these donations can help feed a family of four for up to 16 weeks.

The drive wrapped up with Tigers themed fun, community spirit, and a shared commitment to helping neighbors in need.

Thank you, St. Philip’s, for continuing to show what neighbors helping neighbors truly looks like.

☀️ Summer evenings just got a little easier!

Starting June 2 through August 25, the Neighborhood House Food Pantry will offer extended Tuesday hours and remain open until 7pm.

Additional Pantry Hours:
Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 11:30am to 3pm
Saturday: 11:30am to 2pm

More than 50 years ago, after witnessing families lose everything in devastating house fires, Rochester volunteer firefighter Lyle “Red” Knapp collected clothing and essentials for neighbors in crisis. That compassion grew into what is now the Neighborhood House Clothes Closet.

Recently, the Neighborhood House Clothes Closet supported a local Rochester Hills family after a tragic house fire destroyed their home and belongings. Through the Clothes Closet, the family received clothing and essentials as they begin to rebuild.

Decades later, the mission remains the same: neighbors helping neighbors through life’s hardest moments. 💙

Thank you Grow to Give Garden!!! 🌱💚

The first harvest is in! Today 12 lbs of radishes were delivered to the Neighborhood House food pantry, and more will be ready for harvest next week. A giant thank you to the members of the community who helped make this happen!
