Crews will be repairing a sewer lateral on S. 9th St. today (10/14/26) near the Garfield Dr. intersection. They will work to keep both lanes open for traffic, but the area will be congested and may require intermittent lane closure of the southbound lane. Please take an alternate route if possible and expect delays when traveling in that area. We appreciate your patience and cautious travel as we make the necessary repairs.

Wendell Drive will be closed at the intersection of Rose Avenue on Wednesday October 14th at 7AM for approximately 24 hours. The closure is due to paving the roadway following the installation of storm tile in the area.

The program provides a 50% match, up to $5,000, for eligible exterior improvements such as:

• Exterior painting and repairs
• New or improved signage
• Windows and doors
• Awnings
• Masonry and architectural improvements
• Signage
