Thank you Honorable Weinberg for the time you spent with the Reserve's senior leaders and FM team at Duke Field, Fla. recently. The roundtable discussion on the link between financial management issues and how they drive readiness and modernization across the force was invaulable to the 919th Special Operations Wing! The forward thinking strategies discussed will help us continue to improve operations and readiness throughout the force!

As we wrap up Day 3 of the 2026 AFRC FM Symposium, we want to thank everyone who contributed to 3 days of valuable discussions, collaboration, and networking across our FM community.

We closed out the symposium with a Hot Topics panel featuring HQ AFRC leadership, providing insight, perspective, and open dialogue on the issues impacting our enterprise today and shaping tomorrow’s fight.

Thank you to all our speakers, facilitators, and attendees for investing in the mission and in each other. Safe travels home, and thank you for everything you do in support of AFRC FM and the warfighter.

Jeremy Allen, 10th Air Force Command Chief, share their perspective on Financial Management as a war fighting enabler during the 2026 AFRC FM Leadership Symposium in Ft. Worth, Texas. Their insight on the vital role FM plays in supporting readiness across the command was invaluable!
