🚨 Water Main Update – Gateswood Community

UPDATE 10:35a.m. The crew has completed the maintenance to the water main. Pressure is being slowly restored to the area. Over the next few hours pressure may fluctuate in this area as we continue to flush our main lines. We appreciate your patience while our crew completed this repair.

UPDATE β€” 6:15am

Our crews have located the damaged water main that was struck by lightning last night in the Gateswood community. The damaged section is located on Linholm Road, east of Bourbon Lane.

Now that the damaged pipe has been located, our crews will begin isolating the affected area and working to restore normal water pressure to the surrounding system.

Residents living east of Bourbon Lane on Linholm Road and Peter Morris Road should expect low water pressure while repairs are being completed.

The estimated completion time is 11:00 AM.

Our crews are working to complete the repairs and restore normal system pressure as quickly and safely as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding while our team works to resolve the issue.

🚨 Water Main Update – Rosinton Community

UPDATE β€” 5:43 PM

The damaged water main has been located near the intersection of County Road 71 Extension and County Road 65.

Our crews will begin repairs immediately, and we will continue to provide updates throughout the repair process.

Residents along CR-71 Extension and CR-65 may experience reduced or interrupted water service as a result of the leak and necessary repairs.

At this time, the estimated completion time is 10:00 PM. We appreciate your patience and understanding as our crews work to restore the system as quickly as possible.

5:15pm - οΏΌOur crews are currently responding to a water main that was struck by lightning in the Rosinton community.

Our team is actively searching for the damaged section of the main on CR 71. Once the damaged area is located, it will be isolated and repairs will begin immediately.

We understand this may cause disruptions and appreciate your patience while our crews work to locate the issue and restore the system as quickly as possible.

⚠️ WATER PRESSURE UPDATE

Update 6:36am - the leak has been located on County Road 87 between County Road 38 and Wesley Pate Road. Now that the leak has been found we are working to isolate it now and restore pressure to the majority of customer outside of this area. This will take approximately 1 hour to fully restore pressure to customer outside of this area.

We have received several calls regarding low and fluctuating water pressure in the southern areas of our water system, including portions of Summerdale, Elsanor, and Elberta.

Our crews are working diligently to locate and isolate a water leak that is believed to be contributing to the pressure issues. While we work to identify and isolate the leak, customers in these areas may experience fluctuating water pressure.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause this morning. Our team is working hard to mitigate the issue and restore normal pressure as quickly as possible.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the previously scheduled valve work has been rescheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday, May 20, 2026.

The Water Authority has been notified of a major water main leak on Patterson Rd in the Wilcox area. Due to the size and severity of the leak, repair work is beginning immediately.

β€’ Pressure Reduction: Water pressure in the Wilcox area will be reduced effective immediately to allow crews to safely complete repairs.
β€’ Estimated Completion Time: Repairs are expected to be completed by approximately 4:00 PM today.

Glass Rd, portions of Patterson Rd, Earnest Patterson Rd, and Boarder Lane.

Customers in these areas may experience reduced water pressure during the repair process.

OUTAGE NOTICE

March 11,2026 8:11pm UPDATE - the damaged main has been isolated on HWY 90 from CR-87 to Brewer Rd. Approximately 1 mile along HWY-90 in the Elsanor community will be without pressure while we make this repair. The remainder of the system has had pressure restored. ETA on repairs is 1:00am.

March 11,2026 7:16pm In the Elsanor community, a contractor has damaged a water main on HWY 90. A repair team is currently in route to begin addressing the issue. The goal is to isolate the leak as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are working to resolving the problem promptly. Service is anticipated to be restored by approximately 1:00am. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this period. We will be providing additional updates as we know more.
