The countdown is on! Backpacks start Monday April 20th! Please remember to call before coming out to check backpack availability and to allow us time to have it ready for you (208-745-9221). Please remember that the prices have changed for this year. Most backpacks are now $7 per mix with specialty mixes (sterilant and stump treatments) being $30. Backpacks need to be picked up during normal business hours Monday through Thursday 6 am to 430 pm. Let the spraying season begin!

We are getting ready to start spraying! If you would like to be added to our private spray list, please call 208-745-9221. This year the landowners will be responsible to pay for the chemical and labor. Labor is $100 an hour per applicator, and chemical depends on what products are needed. We ONLY spray pastures, wasteland, and rangeland. NO yards or agricultural ground!

Our backpack rental program will begin Monday April 20th! Just like in years past, we are requesting you call the day before to reserve your backpack (208-745-9221). They must be picked up during normal business hours Monday through Thursday (6a.m. to 430 p.m.) at our shop located in Roberts (665 N 2880 E). There has been some price changes this year! Regular backpacks were raised to $7 per mix and specialty backpacks will remain at $30. The backpacks are calibrated to spray 4,000 square feet roughly a tenth of an acre. We have a variety of mixes to fulfil your needs!

As we are preparing for the upcoming spray season we would like to notify you of some price changes. The first one being the backpacks, normal backpacks will be going from $6.50 to $7.00 per load. The sterilant and stump treatment mixes will remain at $30.00. As for private spraying, our hourly rate will be going from $70.00/hour to $100.00/hour. Lastly our cost share program (as long as the state comes through with the funding) will be going from an hourly rate to a cost per acre. This cost will be $35/acre. We know this is a big change, however this change just creates a break-even point to the county. We hope you understand this and will continue to fight the noxious w**ds within our county!
