Our Story
The Lakeview PTO is a volunteer organization made up of parents, teachers, administrators, and support staff who are all dedicated to the successful education of our children. The PTO works hard to help make the school year both enjoyable and exciting for students, teachers, and parents. If you are a parent/guardian of a Lakeview student, we welcome you to be a part of our PTO by attending meetings and volunteering for school events!
We plan and organize events such as the Fun Run, Family Fun Night, Book Fairs, and social events. Many of these events help raise funds to support Lakeview. We also volunteer and use the funds we raise to provide classroom supplies and teaching aids to staff and students. Our group meets once a month to discuss school programs, plan fundraisers and events, and share ideas (meeting dates can be found under “Events” and on Lakeview’s website). PTO Meetings are held monthly at 6:30pm in the Lakeview Teachers’ Lounge. We discuss and plan events, as well as receive updates from school staff/administration. Kids are always welcome!
