As the New Year approaches, I want to leave 2025 thanking the people who supported me at the Miss Stanly County/Lake Tillery pageant.
When selling ad page spots, I wanted to give the people who supported me a chance to shine light on who truly matters, God. I asked each of them to leave their favorite Bible verse, not only to encourage me, but also allow others to see the love God has for all of us.
Because of these people, I was able to sell a half-page ad in the program book, which was sold the night of the pageant.

Aunt Dana,
I appreciate your support from the beginning. From day one of pageant prep at eight years old, you always told me to keep Philippians 4:13 in my heart, and I have every step of the way. I love you.
Caleb and Zelee,
Thank you both for cheering me on always. Your support does not go unnoticed. Thank you for encouraging me with Philippians 4:6-7. I love you both.
Brody,
Thank you for being at every pageant this year and supporting me no matter the outcome. You have been there for me through this year, and for that I am grateful. Thank you for showing that God is always our supporter, no matter what, in Romans 8:31.
Deddy and Mama,
Thank you is not enough, but thank you for always being my biggest supporters and allowing me to chase my dreams. You have fed me Proverbs 3:5 my whole life, and I will forever know to trust God no matter what.
Pastor Jamie, Allison, Tommy, and Gracie Crissman,
Thank you for all the texts and phone calls to wish me luck and share how proud you are of me; they do not go unnoticed. Thank you for encouraging me with Jeremiah 29:11 and showing that God will think peace over me at all times.

🎊New Post🎊

The New Year is upon us, and with that, I want to reflect on the year I’ve had in the Miss North Carolina Organization.
After the 2025 preliminary season ended, I had some moments of defeat. I questioned myself about what I did wrong and why I didn’t have a title.
I have been in the Miss NC Organization for 5 years and have competed in 19 local preliminaries. I received 18 no’s and finally received my 1 yes. That one yes was worth more than all of the no’s. I know what it feels like to feel defeated, and I finally felt accomplished.
Being crowned “Miss Lake Tillery’s Teen 2026” is something I will never take for granted. For me it is a moment that will forever prove that hard work pays off and that God’s timing is never wrong.
I am so excited for the year to come and all I will be able to accomplish as “Miss Lake Tillery’s Teen”!
I hope everyone has a wonderful New Year’s and stays safe!

With the hustle and bustle of the holidays, I want to remind everyone to properly dispose of all their wrapping paper. During the holidays pollution levels can rise, if we don’t dispose of trash properly.
Also, remember to rescue gift bags after opening your gift, as this helps reduce single-use items.

What is my Community Service Initiative and how did it get its start?

S.O.L.V.E. - Save. Ocean. Life. Vigilantly. Every day. was created to raise awareness of our ocean pollution levels.
Growing up, I knew there was a problem with how much trash ended up in our oceans each year, and I knew I wanted to help make a difference.
At eight years old, I created a baking business, where all proceeds went to helping “Clear Water Marine Aquarium” in Clear Water Florida
But as I got older though, I knew I wanted to do more to help, that’s when S.O.L.V.E. came to be. Through S.O.L.V.E. I have been able to start a reusable bag campaign, that has raised over $400 and saved hundreds of plastic bags from entering our oceans and harming Marine life.
As I continue to grow S.O.L.V.E. as Miss Lake Tillery’s Teen I want to hold clean-ups in the Lake Tillery area to help lower the pollution levels that end up in our oceans. Because, we might be far from the coast, but the pollution we have right here in our community, ends up in the oceans quicker than you know it.
So join me this year in helping SOLVE the problem of ocean pollution.

👑Sisterhood👑

One of the five pillars of the Miss America crown and one of my favorite pillars.

The sisterhood in the Miss America Opportunity has brought me sisters that will last a lifetime. These girls are supportive, caring, and all around loving. I know that if I’m having a bad I can text one of them and they will be right there.

Pageant weekends can be stressful but through sisterhood, we come together and help each other through the long weekends.

Thank you to the girls I have met through the Miss America Opportunity! Thank you for being some of my biggest cheerleaders and I can’t wait to cheer you on. I love all of you tremendously.

I’m so excited to announce I am teen contestant #6 for this weekends pageant.

After family time for Thanksgiving, I’m thankful to be back on stage ready to compete.

The Miss Stanly County/Lake Tillery pageant will be held at West Stanly High School on December 13 @6:00 Pm.
