Congratulations to one of our very own on his promotion to Specialist. Specialist McCraw has been in the Virginia Army National Guard for 18 months and has been working with Recruiting and Retention since October 2023. Specialist McCraw is a vital part of the process of helping potential soldiers enlist. Whether it’s driving them to MEPS (Military Entrance Processing Station), driving applicants to doctor’s appointment or anything in between, Specialist McCraw does it all with a great attitude. 👷 Reagan enlisted as a 09S, Officer Candidate. During basic training, he will be an E4 (Specialist) and then will go to the Virginia National Guard Officer Candidate School (OCS) and once he completes OCS he will commission as a 2nd Lieutenant.

📚 Reagan is a graduate of Radford University.
