The Purchasing Division is responsible for overseeing purchasing activities for the City of Roanoke in accordance with the Virginia Public Procurement Act and the City's procurement policies and procedures. Responsibilities of the Purchasing Division include the purchasing and contracting for all supplies, materials, equipment, and contractual services required by any City department, overseer of
