Throughout nearly three decades of service, Captain Steele demonstrated an unwavering commitment to protecting lives, serving the community, and supporting the men and women of the fire service. His years of dedication, leadership, professionalism, and sacrifice have contributed to the proud tradition of excellence within Riviera Beach Fire Rescue.

A career spanning 28 years represents countless emergency responses, long shifts, challenges overcome, lives impacted, and memories shared with fellow firefighters and the community he faithfully served.

As Captain Steele closes this chapter of his fire service career, we extend our sincere appreciation for his 28 years of honorable and dedicated service.

Learning the equipment carried on the apparatus, understanding its purpose, and knowing exactly where it is located are vital parts of becoming a successful firefighter. This knowledge allows our crews to operate safely, efficiently, and effectively when every second counts.
