THIS PAGE was created by the 2012 Water Board in an effort to post information regarding water matters/issues AND provide public notifications of line breaks and water advisories. If you have issues with your bill please call Sugar Lane Water at (304) 816-1588 Monday through Friday from 9 am to 3 pm. Your call will be returned within 48 hours. Rivesville mayor has advised that Sugar Lane water needs to be under a boil water and conservation notice. They have located several breaks up at Northview between the pump station and the tank. This includes Sugar Lane, Morgan Ridge and Parker Run. Anyone outside this area, ie, a Town of Rivesville resident/billing customer, should follow Rivesville's social posts for updates.
