My conversation after being at my clients appraisal inspection for their hurricane claim. This is why I do what I do! This is why I’m passionate about what I do! This was a reminder of how much of a difference my work makes in the lives of others.

Elderly couple that the husband is a veteran. Had a claim earlier last year from a lightning strike and a claim from the hurricane. Out of the 2 claims USAA has only paid them $5k. They have paid out of pocket for all the electrical repairs and replacing their water heater. They still have repairs to do from the lightning strike and of course the hurricane damage repairs.
