25 years ago this morning the world stopped turning. 343 of Ney York's bravest gave their lives in the immediate aftermath of the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center. Since that day another 450+ firefighters have died due to illnesses related to their response that morning and the days following.

Today we pause to remember the nearly 3000 souls that were lost on September 11th, 2001.
