The Riverside Township Mental Health Board and the Community Resource Center will be holding their annual Health & Wellness Fair on Saturday, August 29th from 10am - 12pm at the North Riverside Village Commons. More info on the flyer below:

The Riverside Township Assessor will be hosting an outreach event with the Cook County Board of Review next Monday, August 17 from 6-8pm at the Riverside Town Hall. A second outreach is planned on Tuesday, August 25 from 10am - 1pm at the North Riverside Village Commons. Check out the informational flyers below:

Riverside Township is now open for 2026 Board of Review appeals. The Township Assessor's Office will also be hosting 2 outreach events with the Board of review: Monday, August 17 from 6-8pm at the Riverside Town Hall and Tuesday, August 25 from 10am - 1pm at the North Riverside Village Commons. Riverside Township is now open for 2026 Board of Review appeals. The deadline to appeal is September 1, 2026 by 11:59 pm.

The Riverside Township Jr. Theater Camp will be performing their Summer Musical Review in the Town Hall Auditorium next Tuesday, July 21st and Wednesday, July 22nd at 7:00 pm both nights. "Broadway Through The Ages" will feature songs from "Annie", "Hair", and "Mamma Mia" and runs for one hour. Lots of fun and music will be had and admission is FREE!

The re-dedication plaque is now on the Swinging Bridge! We unfortunately couldn't get it installed in time for the ceremony last month (event video still forthcoming), but we want to thank North Riverside Public Works for assisting with the installation of the plaque just this week. Stop by the bridge and check it out!
