We offer two locations. One is located in the heart of Downtown Riverside called the Guest House on Mission Inn. This house is a Classical Revival home that was built in 1900 but provides the accommodations of the 21st century. It is centrally located about an hour away from the beach, mountains, LA, and so on. The second home is located in north San Bernardino called the Guest House on Vista Driv

e. This luxurious tri-level custom home was built in 1979 and sits on top of a hill overlooking the city. It is just a short drive to the San Bernardino National Forest and a little over 3 hours to Las Vegas. Both locations are perfect for long term or short term stays! Home is owned by the Diaz Family and operated by the Guest House manager, Dwight Jones.

Our Story

Welcome to the Guest Homes of Inland Empire! We offer three locations. The first is the historic “Collins-Seaton” landmark, located in the heart of Downtown Riverside on Mission Inn Avenue, exactly a mile east from the famous Mission Inn Hotel & Spa. This 8-bedroom with guest house cottage is a Classical Revival home that was built in 1900 but provides the accommodations of the 21st century. It is centrally located about an hour away from the beach, mountains, LA. The second home is custom beauty in north San Bernardino. This lovely tri-level 5 bedroom pool home was built in 1979 and sits on top of a hill overlooking the city and breath-taking views of nature. It is just a short drive to the San Bernardino National Forest and 3 hours to Las Vegas. Next location is Los Cocos Drive in the gorgeous city of Rancho Mirage. Home sits in a gated community with 3 pools, tennis and pickleball courts, sauna, gym. It’s also surrounded by numerous hiking trails, and it’s a short drive Agua Caliente Casino, the Shops at El Paseo, and all of the action in Palm Springs. All locations are perfect for long term or short term stays! Homes are owned and operated by Sal and Sandra Diaz.
