THIS IS IMPORTANT NEWS! foster care agencies in California just received an 8.8% budget cut. We have not had an increase since 1999; however we are expected to navigate the huge rate of inflation and more and more financial demands from our governing bodies as if we are a for-profit business. Why are they trying to kill the already fractured foster care system? Thoughts?
