Per ALDOT, this will begin on Thursday, October 2nd. One lane, westbound for 5 - 7 days.

HEADS UP: A lane of the I-20 westbound bridge 🛣️ over the Coosa River in Riverside will be closed for UP TO A WEEK in early October.

Alabama Department of Transportation is making critical repairs 🚧 to the 62-yr-old span which will cause significant traffic delays.

The work could begin in the next two weeks, so please make your plans now.

Possible alternate routes and project details to be released soon.
