The Riverside Access Center's Trip Home Program helps individuals experiencing homelessness reunite with verified support networks outside the city.

By reconnecting people with existing support systems, the program helps individuals move toward stability. We are committed to ensuring Riverside’s resources remain focused on Riverside residents.
