Beginning September 22, athletes from across Georgia and beyond will come together in Clayton and Henry counties for competition, camaraderie and the chance to go for GOLD.

NEW DATE: Commissioner Tashé Allen, in collaboration with Clayton County Senior Services, invites you to experience Flint on the Lawn: A Gospel Concert Under the Stars. Join us for this FREE, family‑friendly Clayton Connected event on Thurs., September 17, 2026, from 5 p.m.–8 p.m. at Flint River Community Center, 153 Flint River Rd., Riverdale, GA 30274. The evening will be filled with uplifting performances from the Flint River Community Center Choir, Frank Bailey Senior Center Choir, Sonna Singleton Gregory Senior Center Choir, and the Children’s Choir. Adding to the excitement, Avery Dixon, America’s Got Talent saxophonist, will grace the stage with a special guest performance. Enjoy a live DJ, food vendors, and fun giveaways as you relax under the evening sky. Don’t forget your lawn chair or blanket. For more details, call 770.347.0370.
