This is a great video showing how to shut your customer valve. Please make sure your valve is closed before our secondary lines start being filled on April 14th!

We will be filling secondary water lines April 14-15, 2025. Please make sure your customer valve is CLOSED before the mainlines are filled so your system does not receive water until you are ready to use it. The valve is generally located approximately 1' behind the sidewalk (towards the house) in a green box. The customer valve is the sole responsibility of the property owner.
