River Forest Township Founded in 1917, River Forest Township offers senior services, youth services, mental health services and general assistance to its 12,000 residents.

River Forest Township, established in 1917, directs and funds essential human services in our community. The Township serves our older adults, youth, those with mental health needs and developmental disabilities, and those with financial need.
