Today, 22 eighth graders from Roosevelt Middle School walked through our doors as students and left as Junior Firefighters. 🚒

As part of their Capstone Project, they spent the afternoon going hands-on — learning CPR, working a simulated patient call, dragging a rescue dummy, donning full turnout gear, and diving into fire investigation.

Watching the next generation show up with curiosity, courage, and heart reminded us exactly why we do this work.

Thank you to the students, their instructor, and everyone at RFFD who made the day possible. We hope to see some of you back here one day.
