Our sincere condolences go out to the Escobar family as we mourn the loss of Mr. Ruperto B. Escobar. Ruperto will be remembered as a very hard working, caring rancher, educator, Committee President and dear friend . He will be missed. Thank you for your unwavering commitment to Conservation and for always going above and beyond to represent the Starr County Soil & Water Conservation District as well as the Farmers & Ranchers in our community. Rest in Peace Sir.
