🚔 COMMUNITY ASSISTANCE REQUEST 🚔

The Rigby Police Department and the Jefferson County Idaho Sheriff's Office are seeking the public's assistance in identifying the owner and/or operator of the vehicle pictured below.

This vehicle is believed to be associated with a grand theft investigation currently being conducted by our agency. Investigators are attempting to identify and speak with the owner and/or operator regarding this incident.

If you recognize this vehicle or have any information that may assist investigators, please contact the Rigby Police Department at (208) 745-1951, the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office at (208) 745-9210 option 7, or submit a tip via Facebook messenger. Please reference Case Number 02-2026-01379.

We ask that community members refrain from posting names or personal information in the comments section. Any information should be provided directly to investigators.

Thanks to Les Schwab,an our law enforcement officers in running the Special Olympic torch thru our city.
Law enforcement torch run supports our special Olympic athletes so they can attend and participate in the Special Olympics.

Tomorrow May 19th at 3pm officer's from our department will be running the Special Olympic Torch thru our city. We will start at Broulims corner of 1st N and State, run east to Clark St than west on E Main ending at George and Jess's Les Schwab.

From May 11 through May 31, 2026, officers across Idaho will be participating in a statewide seat belt enforcement campaign. During this time, law enforcement will be actively issuing citations to those not wearing their seat belts and educating our communities on the importance of buckling up—every trip, every time.

Currently, 86% of Idahoans wear their seat belt. That’s a strong majority—but we can do better.

Let’s make it 100%.
