🚑❤️ Thank You, Bailey Family! ❤️🚑

The City of Rigby would like to extend our sincere gratitude to Richard and Sandra Bailey and the entire Bailey family for their generous donation of the outdoor AED now installed at Rigby South Park. This life-saving equipment will be available to our community for years to come and stands as a lasting tribute to the memory of Janelle Bailey Palmer.

We also want to thank Addie’s Mission, The Aliver Foundation, and all of our incredible first responders from Rigby Police, Central Fire District, and local EMS for helping make Saturday’s dedication and community celebration such a success.

It was wonderful to see so many community members come out to learn about AEDs, emergency response, and the important role these tools play in saving lives.

Sandra Bailey's touching words about honoring loved ones through service and preparedness set the tone for a meaningful evening. Along with the demonstrations, equipment tours, and opportunities to meet our first responders, her message reminded us all that one person's generosity can make a lasting difference in the lives of others.

Thank you to everyone who attended, volunteered, participated, and helped honor this meaningful occasion.

Together, we are building a safer community—one heartbeat at a time. ❤️

Join us during Stampede Days for the Outdoor AED Equipment Dedication & Community Celebration!

Come meet local first responders, check out emergency vehicles, and learn about the lifesaving power of AEDs and hands-only CPR. This special dedication celebrates an important new resource for our community and is a great event for families and children of all ages.

Summer Reading Kickoff tomorrow at Rigby City Library, join the Arbor Day Event at Rigby South Park and then head straight over to the Rigby City Library to sign up for the Summer Reading Program! What a great way to kickoff summer break!

Mark your calendars! Our Summer Reading Kickoff is going to be a stomping good time! Sign ups begin on May 26th and end June 5th, but our Kickoff is a great time to do it too!

The Community Arbor Day Event is here! We have our two new beautiful trees ready to plant, 100 zucchini plant seed kits to give away, and great books to read RAIN or SHINE! Activities will be held under Shelter #5 near the Skate Park if it is raining. See you TOMORROW!! Please share with your friends!
