North Central PA WIC Program The WIC Program is a health and nutrition program for women, infants and children under age 5 with low to moderate income.

The WIC Program provides nutritionally valuable foods to supplement an individual’s current diet during critical stages of growth and development. The program’s objective is to improve the nutritional status of every woman, infant and child in an effort to prevent health and nutrition problems.
