Is someone you love currently incarcerated in Central Mississippi or the Mississippi Delta and Surrounding Areas and preparing to come home?
ACD Supportive Living is now officially opening the WAITLIST for our Fresh Start Re-Entry Living Program, and we are accepting MDOC pre-release referrals.
This program is for individuals who are serious about stability, accountability, and building a real foundation after incarceration.
✨ What we provide:
✔️ Safe, structured housing with independent living options
✔️ Job readiness & employment support
✔️ Church and community connections
✔️ Guided re-entry planning and accountability
📌 IMPORTANT:
If you are referring someone who is currently incarcerated, please include:
👉 Their MDOC ID Number
✍️ If the individual is able to write us directly, we ask that they include:
• Why they believe they are a good fit
• What they plan to accomplish after release
📬 Once we receive that information, we can mail an official application directly to the facility.
👵🏽 Individuals age 65+ may qualify for additional support services and guaranteed income programs.

• Community advocates
