What a special day for Ridgefield and our community. 🇺🇸

Members of Ridgefield Commemorates America at 250 Committee loved joining the Memorial Day Parade alongside neighbors from across town. After a rainy holiday weekend, it was wonderful to see so many people lining the streets and coming together for one of Ridgefield’s most meaningful traditions.

Memorial Day weekend also marked the start of the RCA250 Cocktail Contest at participating Ridgefield restaurants and bars. Stop by to try the specialty cocktails and cast your vote for your favorite. 🍸

Ridgefield restaurants are raising a glass to America’s 250th with signature cocktails inspired by this historic celebration and your vote helps crown the winner.

The winning cocktail will be featured at the Star-Spangled Soiree on July 3rd, and the winning restaurant will be spotlighted on RCA250 social media.

Wear a poppy on Memorial Day to show your support for those who served and gave us the freedom we enjoy today.

This Saturday, May 16, members of the American Legion will be passing out poppies around town to help support other veterans and local causes.
