Ridgefield Fire Department Company #2 is located at 588 Bergen Boulevard, Ridgefield, NJ. Our Membership currently stands at 27 members, trained and ready to serve the community. We are an all volunteer organization with the goal of providing quality service to the residents of the Borough of Ridgefield as well as the residents of our surrounding communities.

Company 2 houses:
Engine 2, a 1997 KME engine with a 1500 gallon per minute (GPM) pump. Rescue 2, a 2008 Sutphen/SVI truck loaded with numerous specialty tools, most notably the Hurst "Jaws of Life" hydraulic equipment. Rescue 2 has the capability to respond to numerous situations and serves as a support unit for our two boats. Rescue 2 can bring a total of 8 members to the scene. Marine 1 and Marine 2
Marine 1 is a late 1980's inflatable Zodiac boat that has seen service in multiple hurricanes and water rescue situations. Marine 2 is a 19' 1996 Boston Whaler with a 90HP OMC motor supplying power. Just like Marine 1, Marine 2 has rescued countless lives from water incidents around the area after severe weather came through.
