The spring fire season ends today. Daylight burning is permitted, but the risk remains. Keep a 10-foot safety strip perimeter clear. Keep water nearby. Stay safe. 🌅✔️

The Richwood Fire Department along with the Craigsville Fire Department will be conducting a search for 26 year old, Ayla Wind, at Summit Lake on Saturday, May 23, 2026. Any and all that would like to participate, we will be meeting at the Richwood Fire department at 8am, leaving shortly after. We asked that you wear a high visibility top, safety vest, blazed orange, etc.
