💧 Do you know what’s in your well water?
Stearns County residents with private wells can get their water screened for free at an upcoming Well Water Screening Clinic in Paynesville.
📅 Wednesday, September 2
🕐 1–6 p.m.
📍 Paynesville American Legion, 770 Diekmann Dr.
Bring 1 quart of cold tap water collected from your kitchen sink. Your sample will be screened on-site for nitrates and chlorides, common contaminants in Minnesota groundwater.
Can’t make the time of this clinic? Samples can be dropped off at the Paynesville American Legion from 7 a.m.–noon on September 2, with results sent by email.
Pre-registration is encouraged: stearnscd.org/wellscreening.
Have questions about your well or drinking water? Groundwater experts will also be available for free consultations during the clinic.
