Elder Abuse Case!!

Virginia Supreme Court - April 5, 2022:

Please share. It's very important.

Right now Mary Margaret Jones is scheduled for the "Afternoon Session" to present her Oral Arugment to the Supreme Court of Virginia.

However, the Court could change the time - it's important to check on April 4.

We need as many people present in person or listening we can possibly find.

Co-counsel of attorneys presenting oral argument, clients, court reporters, respondents and respondents’ counsel not authorized to be in the courtroom to listen to argument, members of the public, and any other person who does not have a speaking role will not be permitted in the Court Building and may listen through a live stream.

On March 8, 2022, the substitute judge, Lon E. Farris (retired), who was not designated properly by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Virginia, accelerated on his own behalf, the Motions' hearing a scheduled for April 29, 2022, and proceeded without authority to dismiss the two unrelated cases with prejudice.

Then refused to set a Hearing on the Motion for Reconsideration and To Set Aside his unauthorized Orders dismissing both cases with prejudice.

I have never seen anything like this situation in 45 years of litigation in Virginia courts.

Before December 6, 2021, I will file an Opening Brief with the US 4th Circuit Court of Appeals addressing the unauthorized VSB Disciplinary Board's and District Committes' imposition of discipline which is prohibited by the VA Constitution and Virginia Statues.

JLARC is the VA General Assembly's Joint Legislative Audit and Review Commission. It only performs reviews and audits at the direction of the General Assembly. No independent audits are done.

Hasn't done the Virginia State Bar since 1995!
