Madison County 4-H, we are saddened to hear that one of our own families lost their home to a fire yesterday. They are trying to recover, and right now one of their biggest needs are school supplies, as all 4 children are homeschooled. Some suggested donations are listed below. We are open M-F 8:00AM-4:30PM, although we will be closed this coming Monday (9/7). Thank you for supporting them through this time.

Gabe Martin got his first 25 in a row; which is a big deal for our shooters. So sticking with tradition, he got to shoot his hat!!!
Please note: shooting the hat is harder than it looks and usually takes a couple tries…well, Gabe got it on the first one!!

The Kentucky State Fair is the place to be!!
Congratulations to Audrey Jo Kester, Grand Champion Novice Goat Showman!
Congratulations to Paxton Kester who was 4th Overall Senior Breeding Ewe Showman and 3rd Overall Dorset Advantage Breeding Ewe. Paxton had the opportunity to show in the Grand Drive yesterday!

On Monday, the Alcorn boys represented Madison County 4-H in the horticulture judging contest! We are proud of all three of them, way to go boys!

Another successful day at the fair for Madison County 4-H! Congratulations to the Homesite Evaluation Team who took 1st place, and qualified for nationals!!
