Membership meeting today at 1700 hours at 3204 Cutshaw Avenue. Dinner will be provided, RSVP if you can. We will go over how contract negotiations are going as well as officially proposing a bylaw edit for review.

October membership meeting date TBD:

This date will be when the membership votes on the bylaw proposed change. It will also be the day that we take nominations for the seats up for election of the RCOP E-Board. Vice President, Secretary, and two (2) trustee seats are all up for election.

November membership meeting / election, date TBD:

This day will be election day. You will have the option of voting in-person or electronically like last year. The votes will be counted during the membership meeting and the results will be posted that night.

All three of these days, you will have the opportunity to inquire about articles of the new CBA.

🇺🇸 NEVER FORGET — SEPTEMBER 11, 2001 🇺🇸

Today, we pause to remember the nearly 3,000 innocent lives lost on September 11, 2001, and to honor the courage and sacrifice of the first responders who ran toward danger while others were running away.

We remember the police officers, firefighters, EMTs, military members, and countless civilians who demonstrated extraordinary courage that day. We also remember the families and loved ones who continue to carry the loss more than two decades later.

As law enforcement officers, we carry forward the same commitment to protect and serve our communities, stand together in times of adversity, and never forget those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget.
