🌟Involvement hours opportunity Saturday, 9/12 starting between 9:30 and 10:00

📢 Calling all community members who enjoy manual work: join us this weekend to help remove the wooden walkway in front of the school prior to a concrete walkway being poured in the near future. A mini excavator will be used to loosen the boards but we need folks to help haul wood to trucks!

We should be ready to start carrying wood between 9:30 and 10:00.

🛻 If you have a truck you are willing to use to haul away wood, we'd love your help!

🧤 Please bring work gloves; hammers may be useful too. Extra credit if you have a sawzall with metal blades.

🫟 We also need a volunteer to pull the grass/weeds out of the gaga ball pit (in preparation for mulch installation in the near future) and apply wood sealant to the wooden boards.

💚 Thank you to everyone who has helped get the 2026-2027 school year off to an amazing start!

🛠️We appreciate everyone who helped get the building and campus ready for school, and 🌟welcomed all of our Mighty Oaks to school! From installing shelves to chalking the walk - all of your time and effort made back to school special!

😍We’ve been delighted to see familiar faces in the building as alumni have been helping out!

👮🏽‍♂️PHSSA’s Safety Patrol was inducted on Friday with special guests from the Richmond Police Department. These 5th graders help with drop off and pickup and did a stellar job of helping students find classrooms, buses and families during our first two weeks!
