The Young Virginia Votes Center is a place for young people, ages 15-25 years old to learn and engage in advocacy and politics. The center serves to educate and mobilize young people to not only vote in local and state elections, but also advocate on behalf of state-based progressive issues in the Commonwealth. As such, the central mission of the YVV centers is to make sure young people are regist

ered before, and will vote in, the November 2017 election, as well as engage others in their age group to do the same. The Young Virginia Votes Center is a project of the Virginia Civic Engagement Table made possible by partnership with UpRise.org
