🔧 Step into a leadership role in food production! MJ Morgan Group is seeking an experienced Production Lead – 3 to support daily operations, quality standards, and team performance.

💵 Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
⏰ Shifts Available: 6:30 AM or 3:00 PM
🗣 Language: English and/or Spanish
✅ Key Responsibilities

Workflow Management: Oversee raw material allocation, maintain production pace, and ensure proper cutting procedures are followed
Quality & Compliance: Ensure GMP and sanitation standards; verify quality of incoming materials and finished products
Logistics & Documentation: Coordinate with expeditor, track route departure times, and manage inventory slotting
Team Oversight: Monitor performance, provide feedback, and report updates or issues to the Shift Supervisor

🧊 Working Conditions

8–12 hour shifts in a damp and cool environment
Continuous standing, bending, and repeated lifting (up to 60 lbs)

🎯 Candidate Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3+ months in food/produce processing (2–4 years preferred)

Certifications: Pallet Jack certification required; Forklift preferred

Skills: Basic math and PC skills, GMP knowledge, and ability to work independently

MJ Morgan Group is seeking a Bilingual HR Assistant (English/Spanish) to support daily HR operations and serve as a key resource for a diverse workforce.
Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the HR department
Assist with onboarding and offboarding
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Respond to employee HR questions (including Spanish-speaking employees)
Schedule interviews and HR meetings
Translate HR documents (English/Spanish)
