The latest FBISD zoning proposal keeps Old Orchard zoned to Austin High School and Garcia Middle School. Thank you for your efforts -- you DID make a difference! It should be finalized later this month.

Elementary #46 is currently under construction in the Aliana subdivision. Old Orchard will be rezoned out of Oakland Elementary School and into this new school once it opens. Though Oakland Elementary has been an outstanding school, Elementary #46 will be much closer to Old Orchard and not overcapacity, which many will appreciate!
